time to get fit.

Your dog can’t ask you to do more activities with him, but if he could, he would!

Dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes can benefit from a proper canine conditioning program. Our programs are designed to support canine athletes with performance goals as well as to enhance the lives of your everyday companion.

We offer special rates for military and police K-9s, first responders, and their families.

power, speed, & endurance.

Do you and your dog compete in dog sports? Do you have a performance goal? Perhaps you want to hit a new PR in FAST Cats, help your dog get just a little more distance off the dock in dock diving, or have more stamina on the sporting field? We will work with you to establish a training and conditioning program tailored to your dogs sporting or performance goals.

weight loss.

Time for some tough facts. Over 25% of the US canine population is obese, especially dogs aged 5-11 years. It can be hard to admit that we’ve let our pups get a little, well, large … but, here at Atlas Canine we can help! We design weight loss programs for any dogs struggling to lose those extra pounds in a way that is sure to be fun for both you and your dog.

for seniors & lazy dogs.

Older dogs and dogs with low-to-no motivation often benefit the most from a fitness program. These programs are designed to give you achievable ways to keep your dog moving and have some fun along the way. Gentle stretching and strengthening is as beneficial for older dogs as it is for people in terms of promoting long term mobility and vitality. Think you have a “lazy” dog? That’s OK! We will work at your dogs pace - after a few sessions, they might surprise you!

treadmill sessions.

Have a busy week ahead, or don’t want to walk Fido in the cold? Or, are you just looking for an extra way to boost your dog’s cardiovascular conditioning and overall health? Ask about adding treadmill sessions to your dog’s training package. We will carefully introduce your dog to a dog-powered treadmill where they can run to their heart’s content! Just like people, dogs benefit from exercise that boosts their heart rate. Sessions vary based on the dogs current level of fitness, and can be added on to any of our obedience training programs.
